Shipping costs are calculated before dispatch and are based on the overall weight of the order.
Mainland UK: Up to 30kg = £8.99, and an extra charge of £6.50 for each additional 30kg.
Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland: Up to 30kg = £17.98, and an extra charge of £13.00 for each additional 30kg
Free Shipping is available on all orders with a value of over £500 before VAT.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day of the order being placed, and you should receive the goods within 2-5 working days.
If there is a problem with an order, we will contact the customer by telephone or email.
Returns
If you recieve your goods in unsatisfactory condition then please contact us imediately to request a replacement or refund. DO NOT send anything back without contacting us first.
All items must be returned to us in their original packaging and accompanied by an original copy of the invoice/paperwork and a letter describing the problem.
